About The Event
During this hands-on class, led by Chef Benard and Giuliana Russo-Skinner, all participants will make their own pasta (cavatelli) following one of the most ancient and wholesome recipes of the most loved Italian. Price is $35 + taxes. Tickets include pasta class, lunch buffet and 1 beverage of your choice! Spots are limited, so secure yours in advance!

Giuliana was born and raised in the region of Puglia, Italy. She grew up on an Italian farm where her dad and grandfather grew olive trees among other crops. Giuliana is the owner of Alabama Language Services and teaches Italian language and culture at UAB. Giuliana is enthusiastic about sharing her passion and knowledge about her own country, language, culture, and cuisine!
