Verdure Fritte Miste Class (Italian Fried Vegetables)

This is a live demonstration class with a meal and alcoholic beverage included, ingredients are not included.

BOTH IN-PERSON AND ONLINE CLASSES OPTIONS AVAILABLE.

 Due to Covid-19, our events will now be offered: 

1. In-person in the form of private events with limited capacity. They will follow all CDC guidelines concerning sanitation and social distancing. No buffet will be served, each participant will receive individual meal service.

2. Online on Zoom. Each participant will come and get their own cooking ingredients kit  (if hands-on classes), packed meal and beverage in advance at the restaurant and will be able to join the fun live! Can’t make it at that time? No worries, the class will also be recorded so you can (re) watch it at your earliest convenience. You will receive an email with detailed instructions and a shopping list  24 hours prior to the event, so you can follow along with us from home!!

During this live cooking show, led by Giuliana, Chef Benard will cook for all participants. We will learn how to make the perfect Italian fried vegetables at home while learning about the history and some fun facts behind this famous Italian dish! Price is $35 per person + taxes. Tickets include cooking class, full meal, vegetables sample, alcoholic beverage and recipes! In addition, enjoy happy hour prices on wine and beers, mimosas for $5!  Spots are VERY limited, so secure yours in advance!
