Wine & Dine: Carbonara Night

Join us for this amazing socially-distanced show, led by Giuliana & Chef Benard, where we will cook live for you while you sip on your favorite alcoholic beverage! ONLINE AND IN-PERSON OPTIONS AVAILABLE  Tickets include cooking class, full meal, pasta samples, alcoholic beverage and recipes. 

We will learn how to make the perfect carbonara sauce while exploring the history and some fun facts behind this famous Italian dish! Price is $35 per person + taxes.  In addition, enjoy happy hour prices on wine and beers, mimosas for $5!  Spots are VERY limited, so secure yours in advance! 

 MUST REGISTER TO ATTEND. Refunds only available for cancellations received 48 hours in advance. Due to Paypal policy changes, keep in mind that for payments done through Paypal 4% of the total will be NOT be refunded.

Due to Covid-19, our events will now be offered:   1. In-person in the form of private events with limited capacity. They will follow all CDC guidelines concerning sanitation and social distancing. No buffet will be served, each participant will receive individual meal service.  2. Online on Zoom. Each participant will come and get their own cooking ingredients kit  (if hands-on classes), packed meal and beverage in advance at the restaurant and will be able to join the fun live! Can’t make it at that time? No worries, the class will also be recorded so you can (re) watch it at your earliest convenience. You will receive an email with detailed instructions and a shopping list  24 hours prior to the event, so you can follow along with us from home!!
